Elisen-gingerbreads with more than 25% oilseed-rate (hazelnuts, almonds) and only 10% of flour (e.g. wheat flour) represent the top quality in the group of gingerbreads.

Crucial for us are the criteria quality and freshness. Freshness: Only gingerbreads right from the oven leave our company - we have no storage. Quality by use of the best partly handpicked raw materials abiding by the maxim:
