Not only Friedrich Frank but also his in founding year born son Christof, act always on the maxim:

"Only best ingredients  guarantee best products". 

This maxim has not changed over the years and meanwhile the fifth generation continues with acting on this strictly and successfully.

Christof´s Organic-Elisen-Gingerbreads are up to the stringent standards of the EU-eco-regulation. Doubtless our ancestor would be pleased about this fact - at his time he already set the eco-patterns in his baking process uncompromisingly.
